Discover the beautiful East End of Roatan by taking a boat tour along it's iron shores on the south side of the Island. The tour  consist of several stops to sightsee, snorkel and swim. Some of the most amazing snorkeling you will see on Roatan is found on the south side of the Island.

 

The tour begins by departing from the community of Jonesville, taking a tour around the harbour and stopping in at it's neigbouring Bight of Caribe Point for some sightseeing of the vacation homes, stunning swim hole and beautiful inside harbour Snorkeling. The Boat ride alone is a wonderful experience, as you will get to see the Iron Shores and cruise the beautiful turquoise shades of water as you ride over the fringing Reef.   

Next up is a stop at Half Moon Bay for some swimming and snorkeling. This is the highlight of the tour, the water is crystal clear on sunny days and the beach gives you the true feeling that your are indeed in the tropics and not on your typical all inclusive holiday at a Beach Resort. The Reef at Half moon Bay offers amazing Snorkeling, lots of beautiful marine plants and Corals make up this Reef as well as beautiful tropical fish.

Cocoview Reef is our next stop. There is a sunken Shipwreck, the dive site called Prince Albert, the Wreck sits in 60-80 Ft of water approximately. On days that there is hardly no current and the visibility is good, the Wreck can be seen from the surface, however if you posses some freediving skills, you can always submerge to have a closer look.  Lobster sightings are very likely to be seen at the CocoView Reef as well as beautiful tropical fish and vibrant Coral. Snappers, Groupers and some days if luck is on your side you might just spot a Sea Turtle. There is also a sunsken Airplane on the upper side of the Prince Albert.

 

French Cay Harbour is up next, the harbour is home to Little French Key and Big French Key private Islands. The harbour offers amazing snorkeling and swimming on it's shallow sandbar, this is great for families with kids to enjoy due to the shallow calm waters.

 

An optional stop to at Daniel Johnson’s Monkey and Sloth Hang Out is available for an additional fee $12.00 P/P.
