Full refunds for boat charter cancelations due to inclement weather

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please reach out to us via email. We strive to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled tour will receive a full refund

Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date will be charged a $25 fee that will be deducted from your deposit, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Cancellations on the day of your tour will not receive a refund. Please cancel the day before.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your cancellation request and will be returned to the original payment method.
