• 6.5% transaction fee not included for online payments using credit cards or debit cards

• Transaction fee is waived for cash payments

• $75.00 Deposit required to reserve and confirm your booking, no fees for deposit payment if you wish to complete your payment in cash upon arrival

• Please be advised that all-day passers will have a designated area, in that location, have multiple palm trees that cast shade over the beach chairs. The umbrellas that we do have to offer will be by the pool area. Both the guest direct and day passers have beach chairs but have specific areas.

 PICKUP DETAILS

• Please be aware that we do not offer pick-up inside the cruise port. You will need to exit through port security gate to meet us. There are two cruise ports, so if you're unsure which one you'll be arriving at, just send us the name of your ship, and we'll let you know the correct port information. DROP OFF DETAILS

• After your exciting excursion your driver will ensure a smooth return to the cruise port. You will be dropped off conveniently inside the port, ready to relax and enjoy the rest of your cruise adventure

• Experience worry-free exploration with our tours, crafted to ensure you fully enjoy your destination. We guarantee to return you to the cruise port at least 2 hours before your ship's scheduled departure, or even sooner if your excursion finishes early. Embrace your adventure with confidence!
